On April 21st, 2021,“Together Drive BAIC Up” BAIC Global Partners Video Conference was unfolded at AUTO Shanghai 2021, which was attended by over 70 distributors and partners from more than 30 countries.
Mr. Wu Zhoutao, Vice President of BAIC Motor and General Manager of BAIC International, highly recognized and appreciated all of distributors and partners for their constant commitment and supports. In his keynote speech of Reform for Customer Satisfaction BAIC UP by Empowering Partners, he elaborated BAIC overseas business development with specific brand architecture and product portfolios; introduced business transformation pivoted on premium brand and customer satisfaction; and announced overseas sales goals and important actions in 2021.
Mr. Wu said, “With the principle of customer first and premium brand, BAIC will work with all of partners to carry out innovation and transformation, and build up a comprehensive system of marketing management and services, resulting in reliable partnership and an escort of customers’ better life.”
Target customers and shape brand
Mr. Patrick Yang, Vice GM of BAIC International, made a speech themed as Shape Brand with Customers as the Core and Win out with Creative Products to discuss BAIC’s brand ideology and product architecture based on customer demands.
Mr. Yang stressed Reliability as the core brand value and announced brand slogan of “Always be with you” in global markets, reflecting BAIC’s devotion to service customers and witness their sweet life. Additionally he talked about features of X35, BJ40P and X7 as well as product strategies planned for 2021-2022.
Forge service brand and improve customer experience
As Mr. Yang said, BAIC will insist on reliable and considerate service philosophy to reach customers’ satisfaction, and make tailored deliveries in different markets to build up service brand focusing on Warm-heart, Coziness, Integrity and Professional.
Streamline sales and marketize operation
Mr. Li Ji, Vice GM of BAIC International, expressed his opinions in the speech of Hand in Hand for BAIC UP. In light of post-pandemic global auto industry tendency and BAIC overseas business plan 2021, Mr. Li set up the goals to establish a lean marketing system and market-oriented management; and emphasized improvement of communication, operation, sales, trainings and supports, so as to create a customer-favored BAIC brand and make win-win with all of distributors around the world.
Award excellent distributors and boost morale
This video conference also highlighted inspiring rewards for many high-performance overseas distributors, including 2020 Excellent Sales Volume Performance Award and 2020 Excellent Service Performance Award for 6 distributors, as well as Excellent Sales Manager and Excellent Service Manager for 9 representatives from eight countries.
Moreover distributors from Chile and Saudi Arabia reported BAIC business development and future prospect in local markets, specially introducing their marketing cases in forging premium brand.
