On 1st and 2nd of March, two secondary exclusive showrooms of BAIC, Royal Excellent Auto and Mega Star, were operated in Rangoon, capital of Myanmar, selling new products of BAIC passenger car line. Test-drive activities were held the same day for consumers to learn about BAIC products and the brand.
To guarantee smooth opening of the exclusive showrooms as planned, all related departments of BAIC International did their best to cooperate. The Marketing Department helped clients complete showroom upgrading. The Department of Strategic Planning and Operation Management coordinated suppliers to quickly produce and ship the logos and signages before January 26th despite the difficulties with the pandemic. Also in early February, all departments jointly promoted certification of shipping documents, customs clearance, installation and shipping, etc.
Together with the AGB KD project which has rolled off KD cars locally, the opening of two secondary exclusive showrooms realized the form a new“production + sale”pattern. The new pattern takes an active impact on promoting development of production and marketing systems, and laying a solid foundation for localization and sustained development.
