In 2014, as the international platform of BAIC, BAIC INTL pioneered international business in more than 80 markets, leading to remarkable achievements in terms of sales and the development of new channels. For BAIC’s global platform, the year 2014 closed with steadily rising sales overseas: North Africa, West Asia, South America and Central Asia have become major markets. As regards the sales of products, passenger cars accounted for 52 percent while commercial vehicles accounted for 48%. Sales of the A113 / A115 contributed significant numbers, making it a real star model.
In addition, the A520T / A523T with its excellent shape and top-level configurations was very well received by domestic and foreign customers.
With its aviation-inspired design and Nordic characteristics, the A315 was one of the best-selling vehicles. In 2015, it is believed that the A315 will become a popular model in various global automotive markets.
