BAIC Won China Best Employer Award for Seven Consecutive Years

Digital Driven, Intelligent Future China’s Best Employer Annual Award Ceremony 2017 & Human Resource International Management BBS was held in Hangzhou on December 7, 2017. Known as the Oscar of China's human resource field, BAIC stood out from 17,554 participating companies and won China Best Employer Award for seven consecutive years and ranked top 10 nationwide.

As China’s first activity that introduces employer brand into mass communication platform, the award is jointly sponsored by Zhaopin.com (China’s leading career development platform) and the Institute of Social Survey Research of Peking University. After nomination, expert review, HR jury vote, enterprise qualification examination, top 100 employers are  choosed from 17,554 registered enterprises. Among the top 100 winners, the top ten best employers are chosen again by employee survey, public investigation, HR management questionnaires and expert review.

Always adhering to the philosophy that "talents are the first resource for enterprises", BAIC implements the strategy of strengthening the company by talents and takes the development of talents as an important task for its development. BAIC has always been committed to establish a human resource system capable of attracting, developing and motivating talents. It has opened up a broad path to attract talents through "campus recruitment, overseas recruitment, special recruitment and headhunter recruitment." BAIC has also attached importance to talent cultivation by offering employees development channels and platforms, to be specific, four-level training platform for new employee, general staff, middle management as well as senior management. In order to strengthen international talent training, BAIC cooperates with a number of world-renowned enterprises, such as GE in the US, Daimler in German and Inalfa in the Netherlands. The company also implements the Young Talent Cultivation Project to enhance the capability of young talents. BAIC also innovates its incentive mechanism for talented people, explores staff stock ownership incentive reform, and gives play to employees’ initiative and enthusiasm. The company sets up Talent Development Fund and six awards to support talent construction.
