On June 1, the news conference of BAIC brand coming into Paraguay market and opening ceremony of first Paraguay 4S store of BAIC was held in Paraguay’s capital Asuncion grandly. More than 200 people from BAIC, dealers, many local mainstream media and other distinguished guests attended this activity.
At the news conference, Yan Xiangjun, Director of BAIC International America Area, made the welcome speech. He introduced the near 60 years’ long history of automobile manufacturing, abundant cooperation experiences with international brands and the strong enterprise strength of the Fortune Global 500 of BAIC to the distinguished guests. Yan Xiangjun emphatically introduced the main products of BAIC including X25, X55, X65, which will come into the market simultaneously. He emphasized that as a new brand entering into Paraguay market, BAIC will win the local consumers’ love gradually through excellent product portfolios, strong product quality, reliable dealers, and trustworthy service guarantee.
Most of the main products of BAIC in the market are the SUV series with automatic transmission and abundant configuration loved by local consumers; through the personal experience in the test drive link during the new store opening, the majority of distinguished guests and media praised the quality of BAIC’s products, and they booked more than ten cars at the coming into market night.
With regard to the formal release and launch of the BAIC’s first dealership in Paraguay, it is the important measure to enter into the South American market as per the “the belt and road initiative”. This activity got the great attention paid by local media. The media reported, as a new brand entering into Paraguay, BAIC will rebuild the image of Chinese brands in the local consumers’ heart, and bring more selection of purchasing cars and more pleasant driving experience to local consumers.
